Jeragan Waterfront - Alor Setar

Food no taste at all.. Staff is not friendly at all.. We going there by group then pay individually. The cashier are mad as us. So rude!! And they are no enough money to give a balance. So disappointed! This is our last visit!!!

Not SOP compliant. Very slow in preparing customers' orders. Foods and beverages generally tasted bad and it seemed like little efforts were taken to prepare them despite the long time taken to serve them. Being an open space at the waterfront and in the middle of the woods, there were many mosquitoes which further worsened the whole dining experience.

I'll never miss this restaurant when I'm in Alor Setar. It serves both local and western dishes. Open daily from 2 pm to midnight.
