The food is excellent, but it can be difficult to find an indoor seat when the weather isn't favorable.

The chicken katsu here is incredible and will definitely bring me back, even though the other dishes I tried were just average. The chicken teriyaki and chicken shoyu were both quite dry, which makes me think that their non-fried chicken might just lack moisture. The teriyaki sauce was more like a watered-down version than a flavorful sauce—very thin and lacking in taste. I was hoping the Hawaiian chips were homemade, so I was a bit let down when I saw them pulling them from a store-bought bag. However, they turned out to be the second-best item I had, right after the chicken katsu. The mac salad was good too. I'm curious to try their garlic or pineapple chicken, as well as the short ribs, because if those are fantastic, I can see my rating improving. Overall, while the chicken katsu was outstanding, it was the only highlight among the three dishes I sampled.

We absolutely love Roxy's! This location offers some of the best food around. I especially enjoy the swim—it's the closest thing I've found to the ones on Oahu! I always order it with spam, and it’s so delicious! The Korean garlic chicken is fantastic as well! As for wheelchair accessibility, the restaurant is at ground level, making it easy to enter.
