We went by looking at the comments and on the recommendation of a friend. Talip is the owner of the business. Don't look for a fancy atmosphere. But the fish (we ate trout and we asked for salmon) is extremely delicious. They grow it themselves. They make the salad fresh. We asked for hot pepper, they sent it extra and served halva on top (the halva was not enough, we asked for another plate. They could have put a little more halva in it). Every time I visit Tokat Niksar, I definitely visit Almus and go to Esen Topçam Trout facility to eat fish. The fish is so delicious that the taste lingers on my palate and I order the second one again before the fish runs out. For those who do not like fish, meatballs are sold as an alternative. I recommend you to see such beauties and try the flavors while you have the opportunity.
