I stopped by for lunch. There were two girls at the entrance who told me to sit at any table. I waited for half an hour, but no one approached me. I ended up leaving, and halfway out, I asked if I was supposed to order myself or if someone should have come to me. They replied that I should have come to them. And that was it. I had my lunch elsewhere.

A cafe for children, but the service could use some improvement.

The food is good, but we’ve encountered delivery issues for the second time now, as they didn’t include one of the dishes! I don’t recall this happening before, but today, on August 11, 2023, at 9:20 PM, the courier arrived and only brought 2 out of the 3 sushi rolls I ordered. I called to inform them about the missing roll and even sent a photo. They called me back, didn’t apologize, and told me I could either wait for the missing roll or have the money transferred back to my card. Of course, we ended up waiting for 2 hours and are still waiting. So, make sure to check your order upon delivery!

The food is very tasty and hearty. The portions are large, and they prepare everything quickly. We stopped by in Almetyevsk while passing through to grab a bite and were very satisfied. Thank you!
