Upon entering, there was a girl of about 13/14 who was sitting at the back of the store and did not greet anyone. Not really a very nice welcome. After ordering at the ordering post, it took 25 minutes for someone to come forward to stock the containers with the toppings and then it took another 5 minutes to actually prepare the order. After 40 minutes we had our food, even though there was no one else in the shop at the time of ordering who needed help. The poké bowls were fine, but pricey, as was the mochi €33.70 for two “regular” poké bowls 1 pair of mochi two pieces . We had also initially ordered gyozas, which turned out to be no longer available, but had been removed from the system too late . Logically I got my money back, but that was it...Wouldn 't be back anytime soon. Shame! Ordered today from poke perfect. They could use a lesson in customer service and friendliness there. We waited 2 hours for the food so I called. I received a confirmation with the CORRECT address details, but they sent it to the wrong address. The lady on the phone clearly didn't think it was their problem. It also seems to me that if you have a system error, it is certainly the company's problem, and that a solution is being sought for the inconvenience. The lady had an unkind tone and was constantly interrupted. I won't order from here again. Food: 4 Service: 1

44 euros for 2 poke bowls that are getting smaller and smaller. Even the vegetables can't get rid of it anymore. And if you say something about the small portions (especially the fish), the owner will look at you like you're a moron for saying something. Never again Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
