Zeer slechte bediening vanavond. Drie jonge meiden met heel veel make up waardoor je niet kon zien of ze je begrepen, stonden de hele avond te giechelen. Pizza was lauw en had een slappe korst. Extra peper gevraagd maar die konden ze niet eens geven. Werd verder de hele avond genegeerd, dus ben maar een slok water gaan halen in de toilet. Went to eat at Valentino's yesterday. When we entered it was already quite busy. All tables were too close together so you didn't really have privacy. Service sucked. Only after 20 minutes was asked if we wanted drinks and after waiting half an hour we only received a menu card. After we ordered our food, we had to wait over an hour and a half for 2 pizzas and 2 lasagnas and in the meantime we were not asked once if we wanted another drink. When we said at checkout that we didn't like the service and didn't think it was normal that we had to wait so long for our food, we were told that they didn't take into account the crowds. Pizzas were bland and the lasagnas were not tasty either. Restaurant was full. Took a very long time until we were helped and it was an hour to wait for an appetizer and then another 45 minutes on the head. Also got wrong dishes. In between there were no questions for drinks, it all took a very long time. Food was also quite tasty and a lot, pizza not special. Maybe because they just moved, but was not a success. We had dinner at the restaurant tonight. We were very dissatisfied with the quality of the food, while the service was okay. The pasta carbonara was tasteless and incredibly greasy.
