I have eaten here a second time now and have felt it was amazing. Never any issue. Great food. Both experiences were awesome.I think they deserve more recognition and praise. I think there are just overally picky people out there.

Horrible experience. I would give them zero stars if possible. The man at the counter was extremely rude. Was mad because we didn’t pay cash then threw the debit machine at us and when we got the order home we’re missing some items. Will never go back and won’t recommend to anyone.

The worst! I will start that I understand it was Valentine’s day. I placed an order at 4:30 for delivery. They guy told me within an hour. 5:40 shows and still no food. I called back and he said the driver should be there in 10 mins. 6pm and still no food. I called back and I was told he doesn’t know where the driver is. I said I could have picked up if you had told me it would take this long, to which he then says you can come and pick up it will be faster at this point. Only offered $10 off my whole order which was $130. No apologies nothing. Then I asked for them to call the driver and he comes back on the phone to just offer for me to cancel the order instead. That is amazing customer service!!! Instead of helping the customer out who placed the order an hour and a half earlier they just shooed us away. I will NEVER order from there again. Two bad experiences and nothing gets resolved. Pooooor customer service.

Food is prepared according to your dietary restrictions... reasonably priced and good

Worst Chinese Food ever!!!!Won Ton soup broth had no flavour.Only two pieces of the Almond Soo Guy order had actual chicken in them. The rest of the pieces were just greasy batter.The Chicken Balls were the same not much chicken but lots of greasy batter.We received and were charged for an order of Beef Fried Rice that we had not ordered. The Chicken Fried Rice (that we did order) and the Beef Fried Rice were so salty we had to throw them out.$80 for awful food.
