I reproach for the lack of choice in meat accompaniments: only "frites, potatoes or green salad"...that stay focused on potatoes (report to the American image of the restaurant, which is called "The Totem"), it could be proposed dauphinois gratin (it seems to me that we are in iser)? or even purée?
