Panera Bread - Allentown

I love nost Paneras but this one locks its doors much to early before closing. If you are going here just make sure you get there at least 15 minutes before 9 pm or you will be locked out.

I am a first-time consumer at Panera. When I entered the building, the lady at the front counter named Rishard, was so kind and helpful! I told her it was my first time and her service was absolutely awesome! She gave me a free drink with refills and two delicious cookies and told me that she supports first-time consumers at Panera and hopes I go here often. She also personally handed me my to-go food as well. Thank you so much Rishard for your awesome and friendly customer service! The inside location is also very clean and spacious.

Just got steak sandwich and there is only a few pieces of steak in it. I've gotten from other panera locations and its a big handful of steak. This panera repeatedly gives small portions of meat in their sandwiches. I wouldn't normally complain about a singular instance but this has been a consistent problem over the years. Maybe its just because its expensive meat but its a joke. Wish i could include a picture.

The food was good but someone should check to see if you need anything I had leftover food and had to wrap in napkins and someone should clear of table not the customer I’m sorry I left a five dollar tip...

Napa chicken salad sandwich on toasted sourdough was really good! Toasting bread made all the difference. Accidentally ordered crunchy Asian salad instead of Asian Sesame salad. Crunchy Asian salad contains dark chicken meat rather than chicken breast found in Asian Sesame salad Manager was extremely helpful exchanging the two salads for me. All employees were helpful. Been a fan of Panera Bread for years.
