The food was served cold, the wings were the wrong variety, and the biscuits were hard to the touch.

I had a very disappointing experience with the food, although the delivery was fine. My order was incomplete and confusing, and the quality of the food was poor. For example, my corn was crunchy and lacked any liquid or butter, which is unusual. Additionally, I didn’t receive the slaw or the large potatoes I ordered, and I also missed the plates and honey. The chicken was greasy and merely warm, not hot. I won't be ordering from them again, and I would like to request a refund, please.

I visited on Monday, May 23rd, and Cash Blake took my order. I must say he is excellent at his job. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and fries, and he made sure I had a great evening. The food was amazing! I would definitely give it a 5 out of 5 and will be back.

The KFC in Alltown is fantastic! The service here is absolutely top-notch. The staff pays great attention to detail, ensuring everything is just right. The manager is very respectful and creates a welcoming atmosphere. I'm excited to continue enjoying my meals at Alltown because the food tastes just as good as at any other location.

The staff was really nice, and they even gave me some extra wings for free!
