Dunkin' - Allentown

The people who work here are so nice and patient. It?s good dunkin the only problem is they?re only open till 5 pm but it?s a nice place :

Stopped yo get what I thought was quick bite n go,cashier was reasonably ln y quick,but woman preparing my bagel took almost 15 minutes. Door Dash older woman cut in front of me ,then my order was put to side so she could take care of her. I asked about my order and told it was coming,IN condescending tone.. After using restroom,and standing to wait it come out with burntedges. Worker was doing Dooor Dash,and orders after me. So needless to say ,I will NOT give this location my business everagain. And unless you ONLY need coffee,I suggest if you want bgg your order within 5 minutes,DO NOT GO HERE!

The coffee at this place is excellent, but the drive-thru orders are often wrong.

The restaurant was dirty, with shabby chairs and wallpaper held up by tape. Despite being busy, only three staff were working, leading to a long wait for coffee and donuts. The workers were trying their best to serve everyone quickly, though the donuts were stale.

The restaurant was supposed to open at 6:00, but that was not the case. I arrived at 6:20 and found the door locked while one person inside was getting the store ready. It appears that the hours of operation need to be revised.
