Drake's Pizza - Allentown

I have been a fan of Drakes since moving here 3 years ago. Their pizza is superior to any other options nearby, and their other menu items are also delicious! I especially recommend trying the chicken bacon ranch pizza and the Buffalo chicken wrap.

The pizza and calzone we had yesterday were absolutely amazing. My friends loved them and the delivery was incredibly fast. I will definitely be returning, 10/10!

I don't like to be too critical, but serving reheated lukewarm pizza is just pure laziness. It wasn't a busy day or time, as it was a Monday. The pizza was absolutely terrible. Just terrible.

Great Italian food. Pizza. Steak sandwoches. Meatball subs. Great freindly service. Very fair prices.

The food is great and our original issue was totally our own fault (or DoorDash's) but I am completely turned off by the manager's unwillingness to help, extremely stand-offish attitude, and their inability to call us back as they said they would, resulting in us not knowing if we should eat the pizza in question or not. They would rather lose a customer that lives 2 blocks away than lose $3 on half-pizzas worth of bacon and sausage. I've been ordering from Drakes since we moved in but now that I've heard how deflective their management gets over individual toppings on our first actual phone call to the restaurant, i think I'm done.
