Chickie's Pete's-allentown

When I arrived at the restaurant, I was quite surprised to be told that they don't accept reservations made through OpenTable, despite being listed on the app. I would appreciate some clarification on this issue.

Our reservation was not honored, the staff was rude, and the customer service was poor. I will never return.

The service was terrible. it doesn't have to be said much more. from hostess to check.

After making what we thought was a reservation thru open table, with a confirmed reservation number, we were told when we arrived at the required time that they do not take reservations on an event night. Why in gods name would they take reservations for an event evening on open table ? We could have went anywhere for dinner on our way to the PPL center. We often go out to eat, but will never be at a Chicky/Pete.

Horrible. They did not honor our reservation. Where rude about it too.
