The women working outside the window were gossiping and rude, and they ignored me when I asked about the sauce I didn't receive. When I tried to move my car further away from the window, they refused to take my card or give me my food. Both me and the employee inside had to reach as far as possible to exchange with the two girls who were talking outside. Additionally, I found plastic in my salad. I was very frustrated with my experience at this location today.
If you're not eating at a Chick-fil-A Do you NOT start here? You will never understand why people love it so much. Go to Whitehall or Quakertown or really everywhere else, I was to dozens, but this place was terrible since before Covid. The frits are always half full and fluffy and uncooked. The chicken is also not crispy and as others have said, your drink will be warm and wrong and forget your sauces. Chick-fil-A is usually the best Fast Food Chicken, Pommes and Sweet Tea You? ll never find not to mention guest service, just not in this badly run operation. I live 2 minutes away and decide to drive twenty to one of the others, otherwise I regret it every time.
So far I love the attitude and attention of the workers here, although they sometimes mix orders. overall it is a good fast food experience. This is a partial review. Reason why is because only base on drive-thru. Also and very inportant, avoid rush hour if you only eat a bit fast, as popularity of the place creates long waiting line from time to time.
Tried her Cobb Salad, it was about $10 Bucks... super good!! I'm back! Although there were two car lines... it was super fast!! Beautiful clean friendly environment.
I?ve always loved chick fil a, came here for years but after my experience at this location I will never go back. I did a mobile order when I came around they told me my card was declined (it wasn?t) the transaction went through which they should?ve seen this, yet I was charged twice?.customer service got back to me about a week or two later after I had already disputed through my bank. Another friendly reminder they need new trash disposal service as well, your customers are always first not the trash services.
