Cali Burrito - Allentown

Place and the staff are nice but the burrito itself was horrible, please take it from me I had three order those and the cheese is cold, the meat which I order the chicken and steak was not a good flavor it’s very bad, the rice is super undercooked it’s pretty waste my hard earned money, the chips seems to be a left over which is very hard to chew on, I am not sure why this review is 4.7 and to me it’s like 1.0, I am not doing this to destroy the business but I would rather go to chipotle than this so this is my honest review

Cool burrito place. Standard and unusual varieties such as falafel and tahini. Lots of vegan options! The chips and salsas are delish! Love the salsa bar! Nice atmosphere on the inside.

Went here on the first night of the DCI competition. The place was large and had a hip vibe. The food was great with solid vegetarian options. The burritos are very large and served with chips. Salsa is available at a bar and is self serve. They were very fresh and flavorful. The food was a little pricier than I would have expected for burritos but it was worth it. Pricing was likely adjusted because of the DCI competition in town. Vegetarian options: Loved that there were several different vegetarian options. We had the Humbolt which was a more traditional burrito with smoked tofu. One of the other vegetarian options had hummus and would have been very good if we ordered it. You can also customize your burrito the way you want.

My family takes out food regularly for lunch or dinner. Since I was born near this restaurant, it’s always fun to hang out with friends and family for a great view of Allentown’s lovely Lake
