Arooga's - Allentown

I received excellent service and the food was fantastic. I highly recommend sitting at the bar in the evening. The bartender, Orange, is great - attentive, professional, and excellent at her job. I give them 5 stars!

Do you want a sandwich from this place? Don't bother, it was the worst meal ever. It took 1.5 hours to get our food and we still didn't have utensils. They tried to charge us $3 for 3 onion rings, but we didn't even eat them before taking a picture. The rolls they used were so hard they could have broken our teeth. The cheese steaks were cooked slowly, resulting in a crispy layer of steak under the cheese. While they were cooked well, they were still disappointing. They should have just closed down instead of serving this terrible food. We left without eating and went to Cracker Barrel instead.

Hello, I had an excellent experience today at the restaurant. I received a complimentary chicken sandwich with my purchase and was initially unsure if it was a legitimate offer. Sarah, Mariah, and Austin were incredibly helpful and friendly. Their patience and assistance made my first visit memorable and enjoyable. If they are still working there, I will definitely be returning. Thank you for the delicious chicken sandwiches!

My husband worked in Boston at this point. We weren't back and we're probably not going back. The iced tea tastes funny and the floor was very dirty. The waitress was very friendly and delivered a good service, but our soup and wings took a while to get out, then the duck came from us overwhelmed with food that became cold within 2 minutes. The dining and beer menu offers many possibilities. Too bad they can't turn this place into something beautiful.

Not only where there a dead cockroach in our appetizer but staff was awful. It took over 25 minutes for a manager to come see us and even when she did she was Barely apologetic. Made every excuse under the sun of how it happens everywhere and it's happens in this industry all the time.
