A group of 5 of us decided on the Running Goose in Hollywood for dinner after working up an appetite doing a few escape rooms in the area. We didn't know what to expect but it turned out to be one of those rare experiences where everything was awesome from the food, the service and the place itself.We all shared a few pitchers of they red sangria which was refreshing and tasty on a hot afternoon. We all shared a variety of items from the pork belly, the quesadillas, lamb chops, gambas shrimp appetizer and salmon belly. All of these items were cooked perfectly and tastes great, but it was the taste of their smoked potatoes of all things that or this pace over the top. It's the only thing I believe we ordered twice. It's smoky, tossed in a dill aioli and kind hard to explain, but definitely get it if you do go there. For dessert we had their horchata creme brulee which had a cinnamon kick to it and the while chocolate coconut beast pudding which there went enough of, both were perfect.If you get extremely lucky, you might find street parking but they have their own valet for convenience. Give this place a shot, you will not be disappointed!
