Dunkin' - Allenstown

This is the best Dunkin’ I've visited in the entire Northeast! Finally, my hash browns didn’t taste like burnt, reused oil. The service was great, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.

I usually have a lot of patience with this location because I understand that working in food service can be challenging, and I'm okay with waiting. However, I find it frustrating to wait 40 minutes for a mobile order while other walk-in customers are being served and checked out. I would rate this place lower if it weren't for the employees who genuinely put in the effort.

This is honestly the worst Dunkin' Donuts in New Hampshire. The coffee tastes like mop water, and the food is frequently cold and poorly prepared. The young staff members are unnecessarily rude. The only person who seems to do a good job is the lady working the drive-thru in the morning. I hope they can improve, as this job really isn't that hard!

I hardly ever leave bad reviews but don't even bother visiting this location. I've tried this location 5 times and I've never had the order come out to be even remotely close to what I ordered. I order through the app so I know it isn't a communicationissue. If you have the displeasure of visiting this location double check your order because I promise you something is goingto be forgotten, completely wrong, or just someone else's order entirely.
