The atmosphere was nice and our server was excellent, very friendly and helpful when explaining the menu. However, the positives end there. My wife and I waited 30 minutes for our food (a torta and a combo plate) only to be told that our order hadn't even been started yet. There were only 4 other couples in the restaurant at the time, so it wasn't even busy. This was our first visit and it was a disappointing experience. The manager offered a 10% discount on our bill, but after waiting 45 minutes with still no food, we decided to leave without eating. With so much competition in the area for Mexican food, this level of service is unacceptable. We were expecting more based on the reviews.
