Boston Market - Allen Park

The food was okay at best. Everything came cold and undercooked. This was not the experience that we have come to expect eating at a Boston Market restaurant. There were several items missing/unavailable that I was not informed about through the UberEats app. I will not be giving this location any of my family or friends business again. This was a very big disappointment. The items we ordered were the supposedly baby back ribs, unseasoned not sweet corn, and the sweet potato casserole was very bland and watery.

Drove to the dearborn location where they didn’t want to make fresh sides so another couple and us left. The rice looked like it was two day old and telling us to see what they have available when it’s hours before closing they should of had everything available.Drove to a second location the girl almost forgot my drink didn’t give any gravy on the mashed potatoes or my friends meatloaf small side portions for the price that was paid and my dressing was like they added no broth and then didn’t mix it looks a lot like dry stove top with no flavor I’m very disappointed I share plates with my son but it was really inedible as far as my dressing just a waste of a side I paid for ??‍ I will not be coming back because Boston market because the quality and service use to be outstanding to now it’s very unexceptionable

Please avoid this location. They never have anything available. The last time I went, they had no bread for a carver sandwich and no chicken and no corn too. The time before that there was no pop of any king and no meatloaf. No matter when you go there menu is never complete. They also make their own potatoes when they run out of the store mashed potatoes. That is just weird.

This place is really going downhill. I ordered a carryout I have chicken dinner with two sides there's not many to pick from so I got corn and mashed potatoes and gravy corn didn't even taste like sweet corn tasted like the corn you would feed to cattle. Chicken was okay the mashed potatoes were a little funky. Also I don't know if they've discontinued the cornbread or just forgot to put it in the Box. They've gone to these really cheap Styrofoam boxes now and it's just no longer a good value. Looks like another victim of covid-19. I see Boston Market's closing all over the place. Sad..

Worst Boston Market in Michigan!!! we used to love coming here. DRY, did I say DRY pop pie, horrible DRY... chicken dinner looked 3-days old, and DRY!!! 2-DRUMS ,, DRY!!! and a teeny thigh.. 2-orders of mashed potatoes because they were OUT of sides!!! no corn, no vegetables, nothing!!! Styrofoam boxes!!!! will NEVER go back here EVER!!
