Contribuiți la feedbackWhen I placed the order online, it prompted me to pick it up, so I arrived at 9:58 PM. However, the doors were locked. Since I couldn't get in, I went through the drive-thru instead. The staff informed me that the doors were locked at 10 PM, but I could stay in my car. When I got to the window, I found out that two of the drinks we ordered were unavailable, and I needed to decide on alternatives. I mentioned that I needed to make a call to consult on what to order, but the staff member insisted on asking me what I wanted right away. When I explained that I needed to call, he continued to press me for an answer, which felt disrespectful. His attitude only worsened when I inquired about the drinks and requested some napkins. Once I got home and unwrapped the burritos, I was disappointed to find they were half the size and contained almost no beans. I never raised my voice or acted rudely, so I found his behavior completely unacceptable. There was a woman speaking from the intercom, likely the manager, but I never saw her when I got to the window. It would have been helpful if she had come over to address the situation.
Terrible experience. There were only a few staff members who seemed unwilling to work. I visited the drive-thru at 10:30 PM on November 7, 2022, and was told to come back in 15 minutes because they couldn't take orders at that time. This has happened multiple times, not just once.
I ordered Nacho Fries, and after taking my payment, they informed me that they didn't have them available and didn't offer any alternatives. I then asked if I could instead get the Fiesta Potatoes, and that's what I ended up receiving.
Exquisite kitchen. The Tortilla-Rind ratio was noticeable. The shredded salad had a crisp snap. I can't help but think that the tomatoes were cut from the vine on the plot. The best example of authentic Queso I have come to 72 since my trip to Mexico City. If you were happy enough to be within 2 miles of a Taco Bell that we are all, do not hesitate to take into the atmosphere with a fresh Cinnabon.
Drive thru staff chatting among themselves while handing me the food and not even looking in my direction or acknowledging my presence. I understand it’s Taco Bell but if the owner is reading the comments then coach your staff in customer 101 etiquette.
