Sugarbacon Watters Creek - Allen

The food service and the drinks were great. everyone was very friendly and accommodating. we had the filet and the ny strip boiled to perfection and very tasty. great little place stops and check it out.

My wife and I tried sugarbacon for date night. the restaurant was busy, good sign! we keep fast to dry januar, what is wrong with us! our waiter, tj came by, we ordered our drinks together with apps from teufelseiern and the sugarbacon. both were very good and put the ton to dinner. service was excellent and tj reviewed us regularly. we ordered the tacos and the garnels. the evening meal arrived in time. the only criticism is that the dinner was bland in comparison to the apps. well, my wife had heat from the serrano paprika, but not much taste. my garnel and grits needed additional help. crumble, acid and salt would make this dish. the apps did the dinner really instead of the deer. the ambiente of the restaurant would help more to a lunch/end of friends where they can be animated loudly and in their meal discussions. not ideal for more intimate occasions. overall the service was excellent, eating was uneven and the ambiente is well suited for a night trip with friends. I wish I could come to the drinks, but maybe next time.

The server, raphael, was informative and cheerful. he made excellent suggestions and knew the menu. Our meal was a delicious joy of comfort and delicious spins on menu clips. we're coming back!

We waited an hour and a half without receiving food for just three people, so we ended up leaving without eating.
