I got food poisoning after consuming spoiled milk from this restaurant twice.

My favorite hot drink is the honey citrus mint tea. My favorite drink is the pink drink.

The service was great, but I've noticed that the Wi-Fi has changed. It's quite slow now.

I'm a new Starbucks converter, but I'm leaving right now. Every business I was in was excellent when it comes to kindness and customer service, except this. Do you want to be the only one standing at the counter and still being ignored? Go! Do you want super slow service because the staff is too busy chatting with each other? This is definitely the place where you want to meet. Do you want to repeat your order again to you, but still completely wronged and left sitting on the counter while you keep waiting? I think you'll see where I'm going. Yes, they offered me to drink again, but they had wasted enough time and I got a refund. I will never return to this place. It is not representative of the brand at all.

I even had my order repeated back to me, but it was prepared incorrectly and just left sitting on the counter while I waited. You can probably guess where this is going. They did offer to remake my drink, but by that point, they had already wasted enough of my time, and I opted for a refund instead. I will never return to this location; it does not reflect the brand's standards at all.
