I tried the brisket, ribs, and sausage at this restaurant. The brisket was cooked perfectly, as were the ribs (not overcooked). There was a heavy use of peppercorn which gave a unique pepper spice. One downside is that the meat is pulled from the pit and sits on the table, leading to it becoming too cold by the time you are ready to eat. I give this -1 star. The restaurant has an open dining area and offers free bread and standard condiments. There are two bbq sauces to choose from. The staff was helpful and children receive a free grilled cheese. I would rate the food a 4, service a 5, and atmosphere a 4.

We hadn't visited this restaurant in a while, but we really enjoyed our meal tonight! We had forgotten how much we love the flavor of the meats here. The reason for our absence was that our daughter had been working at a local BBQ restaurant near our house, but unfortunately, that place closed down. We truly missed the delicious flavors from this restaurant. The service was excellent, and we dined in for dinner. The price per person was between $20-30. We rated the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5. We highly recommend trying the Cream Corn, Rudy's Sissy Sauce, Pulled Pork, and Green Chili Stew.

The last 3 times I’ve eaten here I’ve said I won’t go back. We wait a while and try again, but today is the last time ever. Ordered breakfast tacos, brisket and egg had no egg, potato and egg was soggy because the eggs were wet and the then the potatoes were burnt. Seriously blows my mind that something so simple can be so hard. As a restaurant owner myself I try to be understanding but this is awful. Nothing better than a burnt soggy taco!
