Pizza Hut - Allen

Pizza Hut is my favorite place to order from, but this place is grounded. I ordered a single pizza through the app, and after 20 minutes after the scheduled delivery time I hadn't had my pizza yet. When I called, both the driver and the shop worker were rude to me. The driver claimed to have placed my pizza on the porch when I told him I didn't start screaming, then hanged on me. Finally, someone got back in the store and had to place a separate order and be charged for my pizza. Absolutely ridiculous.

I like Pizza Hut, but this location just seems to have issues. I've had orders be wrong. Their pan pizza seems to be off (someone else mentioned they might be putting the wrong crust in).They actually print the receipts without the code you need to leave feedback.If you order from other Pizza Huts in the area, they have much better specials than this one.

Pizza Hut is great. I ordered online a pizza 35 minutes before they closed. Their system gave me a response that the order was placed...a few minutes later that it was being made....and then 15-20 minutes later told the order was cancelled. Are your serious? I think Pizza Hut hasn't come out of COVID well and I don't think I'll order from them again. Sad but it is reality and gotta face it. Wiser to order from a good pizza joint.

Greenville Ave Pizza Hut in Allen TX is #1!! I always get fresh hot food there! The delivery drivers are quick and they actually call or text you if any issues come up! I say all the time in these feedback surveys for a lot of organizations, communication with the purchaser of the product is the key to any relationship that ever existed!! Never assume, just make it happen! Keep up the good work Pizza Hut!

Fresh ,hot perfect and delivered on time. Only wish they would add a sald or grilled chicken option.. put others than that was amazing
