Lucky House Fine Asian Cuisine - Allen

The food was excellent, and the presentation was impressive. I was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was when I entered the restaurant. I'm happy to say that the food exceeded my expectations. We began with the HEART ATTACK Chicken Dumplings, which were absolutely amazing. We also ordered Hibachi Chicken, Pad Thai, Ahi Tower, and a Rainbow Roll, and everything was outstanding.

By far, the best Chinese food in Allen! We've sampled many Chinese restaurants in the area, often facing either subpar service or average food. We're thrilled to have discovered Lucky House. The staff was wonderful, and the food was outstanding!

The picture of the Pad Thai on their website is extremely misleading! The noodles were overcooked and lacking sauce; they were just plain bland. Honestly, I’m really disappointed. The only redeeming part of my meal was the SR11 roll, which was quite good and saved this review. I really hope they improve the Pad Thai recipe, because the one in the website photos looks fantastic!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I arrived today to pick up my order, and one of the staff members informed me that they didn't have a tray, so my food would be placed in separate containers. I told her that was fine as long as the quantity remained the same. However, she yelled at me, insisting that it was indeed the same quantity. To make matters worse, I ended up waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled pickup time. I do not recommend eating here; the inside was very unclean, and the service was dreadful. I won't be returning.

The fried rice was nothing like what I expected; it lacked flavor and was merely decent enough to eat. The beef raised some concerns, and the wonton soup was just a plain, tasteless broth. I won't be ordering from here again.
