5th Street Pizza - Allen

I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect pizza since I moved here, and for me, it all begins with the crust. So far, I’ve tried the hand-tossed option, both fresh at the restaurant and as takeout. This time, I had a great conversation with the friendly guy at the counter who was very knowledgeable about their homemade crust, sauce, and whole milk mozzarella cheese. I also ordered a side salad, and their homemade ranch dressing is delicious! I found out that he actually owns the restaurant—what a great guy! I’m definitely a fan now and can’t wait to try the thin crust, which I've heard is crisp and flaky.

This is undoubtedly one of the best pizza spots in the area. The stromboli and pizza were fantastic, and the gooey butter cake was a delightful combination of melt-in-your-mouth brownie, cake, and cookie. Both the staff and customers were incredibly friendly. I will definitely be returning for more!

As a resident of St. Louis, I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at 5th Street! The St. Louis-style pizza topped with provel cheese was delicious, and the toasted ravs were amazing. The atmosphere really captured the essence of St. Louis. Go Billikens!

Thank goodness we can get St. Louis style pizza here in Texas! Although I love IMO?s Pizza, it?s tricky making a trip to St. Louis each time I?m craving it. 5th Street Pizza satisfies my cravings and is oh so yummy!!

We ordered a 12 pizza with pepperoni, jalapeno and banana peppers. I have to say that it was a great tasting pizza! The owner/manager gave us some really good garlic bread for free! They were delicious as well.(maybe it's called something else on the menu) on a side note..... the pizza is almost as good the next morning.... but still delicious.
