7-eleven - Allegany

Both girls working were insanely rude. I was honestly embarrassed for them. The older one’s name was Holly. We filled up with gas on a road trip and stopped in for some drinks. The two women were commenting loudly across the store about how long the person was taking in the bathroom even though I had just witnessed them going in. And they proceeded to complain about the smell and this is why they shouldn’t have a public restroom and that they would be locking it after. Not to mention the place was a mess. The drink station was covered in trash and very sticky. The younger girl was rolling her eyes and pushing past people the whole time. I’ve worked in the service industry my whole life, I can’t imagine representing a company or working somewhere with this little regard for customers let alone ones that are actually being pleasant. Both employees obviously need a retrain of acceptable service standards.

This restaurant is located quite far from the highway and the layout is poorly designed. When we walked in, we saw an elderly customer digging through the garbage by the entrance. The toppings bar for snacks needs a health department inspection and the mustard was very watery. The employees seemed disorganized and the manager was not running the show well. It seemed like they were understaffed with only 3-4 employees struggling to keep up with the growing line. The coffees were cold and some were empty. The service was slow and the older cashier was not very friendly when giving back change. I gave this place two stars because it does have a bathroom and gas station, which is rare for a 7-11. Corporate needs to make changes to improve this restaurant.

I frequented this restaurant from 2003 to 2007 to purchase beer and cigarettes. They consistently had a large selection of both items, and they always met my expectations.

You have so good food! We make special trips from Bradford only for the food! Today we had the Big Ugly Hot Dog shaped Hamburg things on a role with Nacho cheese and chili on them. Soo yummy! But the last few times we were there, I bought cheese filled bread and Alicia had Mini Tacos. The food is really good. They also sell alcohol and gas. My friend and I love the place!

A nice employee named Kate helped me a lot! She's a really good cashier and super nice. I recommend visiting allegany 7/11 according to my experience!
