Takaw Filipino Foodhouse - ALKIMOS

Foods are great and will take you back the feeling of home in the Philippines.We had a very nice original pansit, pork chop silog accompanied by a sweet and sour mustard leaves pickles that clean your palate and a refreshing ice teas. After all that we had of course a take away empanada.Over all foods are great.

Absolutely fantastic dining experience! I can't wait to return next time I'm in the area.

I ordered the chicken satay sticks, which cost me $24 for six. However, when I got home, the food was disappointing. The chicken pieces were mostly tough and filled with gristle, and there was no sauce included. I attempted to eat one but couldn’t manage it, so the rest ended up in the trash. I've just moved to Alkimos and won't be returning to this place.

I dined here with my partner, and it was a fantastic experience. The service was friendly, the prices were great, and the owner made us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you once again!
