A few vegan options (as vegan as they can be at a non vegan restaurant) For most people the dishes would be good. As WFPB eaters the food is very rich and salt. Salad was a mix between roasted and fresh veg. Very heavy on the salt and oil. Bruschetta was good, again heavy on the salt. Pizzas were tasty. “Pizza Gourmet” is a thick crust, cut in bite size pieces. The artisanal vegan cheese was very tasty. Classic Marinara is a thin crust Pizza. Garlicky with a lot of olive oil. Plenty of vegan starters but only a few main dishes. Menu was clearly labelled though. Food was nice, and restaurant has some charm with friendly staff. Note Restaurant is up a steep walkway and steps. Less able may struggle to get up there.
The food was served cold and there were no ingredients described in the menu. We ordered Foccacia, a pizza, a pasta and a vegetable and hummus dish. The pasta allegedly herbal tagliatelle, but actually Rigatoni lacked cheese (just pasta and tomato sauce), and the vegetables and hummus dish came with very cold hummus and 4 small breadsticks that were burned, cold and mushy. After asking for new bread sticks, I was cut with pizza dough into pieces that seemed heated microwave. The foccacia was also made from pizza dough. As for the menu, it has a V symbol that shows vegan, and a leaf symbol that shows Veggie. The dishes with the V were not vegan, but vegetarian, so the classifications are wrong. Starting from the very pouring quality, prices were higher than average. I don't recommend this place.
Nice place (with cozy terrace). Friendly and friendly staff and really good food. (You get plenty of food, especially with the starters, for a very good price). We would really recommend this place!
