Starbucks - Aliso Viejo

After visiting hundreds of Starbucks over the past two decades, I can easily say this is the best one I've ever visited. Everyone here is responsible and responsive and kind. The place is always immaculate and the beverages are consistently excellent. It is not the one located inside the Target, but the location that sits at the corner of La Paz and Pacific Park. Really the best Starbucks ever, in terms of service and quality.

Still my favorite local coffee house. Scones perfect with coffee. All bagels good. Plus excellent service. The one on la paz and pacific park easily reachable from where I live. Staff consistently friendly and helpful with choice suggestions. Get my beans ground right there to bring home!suggest new pastries sometimes.

Worst coffee EVER! LIKE IT WAS DRY ROASTED 2 YEARS AGO. PURE COFFEE JUNK

Poor coffee taste and awful customer service! Is asked for a new coffee lid because my first one didn't work and got a responses which stated that I was making that up and then I was completely ignored after that.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks. Staff was so nice and friendly service. My last visit (couple of weeks ago) was disappointing. I ordered online and saw my drinks (with my name printed on the label) at the edge of the counter in the pick up area. I grabbed the two I could reach and asked for help with the third. I was then publicly shamed by the barista who angrily scolded me in front of several customers for having helped myself. I apologized and she said nothing but continued a disdainful stare for a really long, uncomfortable timeframe. It was an embarrassing and surprising experience. The customer behind me felt bad and commented that she had been scolded in the past as well. I just think there is a nice and respectful manner to express these things. I am a business manager myself and have the responsibility to implement and enforce Covid protocols, which I firmly believe in. However I take and recommend a respectful be kind and remind approach. I 'm hopeful this was a one off experience and that this employee is kinder to others in the future.
