Wow, Rebecca is fantastic! Even as an employee, she has always made it clear that orders need to be confirmed with serious attitude. However, if the lady who greets customers like everyone else is causing a funky mood and not welcoming guests with a smile or even a simple "thank you," then I can understand why some people might only see this place as just another Starbucks! It would be great if someone could remind her that in retail, it's important to always keep a positive demeanor because you never know who's watching. It seems like someone is always paying attention. If she finds it challenging to work there, she might want to reconsider her career path instead of taking it out on others. I did notice how assertively she was giving orders to her coworkers...

Tucked away in the lovely neighborhood of Aliso Viejo, you'll find this affordable Starbucks location. Although it’s a small shop, the staff are friendly, quick, and eager to serve you. Make sure to stop by for your next cup of coffee!

There's not much to add... It's a Starbucks, after all. Updated on 3/2/2022: They all seem quite similar, but that's part of their charm. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the quality of the products is always reliable.

Pre-dawn 'till well past twilight, this Starbucks got top notch service, with genuine smiles from its pleasant staff. Several well-spaced tables outside that works out wonderfully in times of Covid-19. Hat 's off to management.
