Chronic Tacos - Aliso Viejo

This review is for the location in Huntington Beach on 11th street. worst experience...out of 4 burritos ordered 1was right. The other 3 were wrong toppings. I called and spoke to Alicia, supposedly the manager, she treated me with absolute disrespect,started arguing with me, she refused to give her name nor would she let me speak to anyone else there.. found out her nameotherwise. What ever happened to good customer service. My family and I have been coming here for years and often. Well nomore. You guys really should replace this kind of staff with competent people. I am very disappointed and no way will I be backto this location.

The food was not good, they forgot to put some food in our bag. No napkins, or forks to eat with and the manager was not willing to help when I call to complain. I wanted a refund he said he could not do it and I got charged for food I didn?t even get!!!!

Food is delicious. Everyone is friendly and efficient.

Horrible customer service wrong order and was given bad attitude and no correction of mistake
