Contribuiți la feedbackThe food at this restaurant is consistently good, but the staff could use a lesson in smiling. They always appear very serious. Additionally, their phone system for ordering food is difficult to hear and seems outdated. They no longer ask for spice level preferences, indicating a lack of attention to detail. There is also no music in the restaurant, not even traditional Indian tunes. Overall, the restaurant could be improved, but perhaps they feel they have enough customers already. Just be cautious when dining here.
Mango Chicken ordered as we were many times before and were given butter Chicken ranked and spoke with the staff to say it is the same still the left from the refrigerator from 3 nights before total different color completely different tastes and...Weg to season for children who do not use to eat spices.... will never return if the staff do not even discuss the problem or want to fix the problem.... Rude Service.
After several phone calls and promises, I found myself going to a car that was gone after my visit. Restaurant tried to tell me someone else collected my order. Don't give this deceitful lie your money.
I would rather have a glass of curry paste from Coles than eat at this restaurant. It was the worst Indian food I have ever tasted. There was no love or good family recipes evident here. It felt like a joke.
During our recent visit, four of us dined at the Indian Chef restaurant twice. The food was excellent both times. We enjoyed Vada, Onion pakora, Idli and Vada, Kerala Chicken, Chicken Madras, Lamb Rogan Josh, Goat Pepper Masala, Chicken Biriyani, Lamb Biriyani, Naan, and Paratha. The Biriyanis were especially delicious, with plenty of meat. The meat curries were very generous in portion size. The Paratha was a bit dry and oily. This restaurant is one of the few that offers seating. I would definitely like to visit again.
