Un Lugar De Ellas - Alicante

As with many other places in Alicante, these close soon after open. It had a reputation for serving good sushi, but what killed the business was the inability to cook on the premises, due to an upstairs neighbor who tapped the evacuation vent... smoke. It happens.

My husband and I couldn't have been happier with our experience and went twice during our week stay in Alicante because it was so good and we are very picky when it comes to sushi. We really enjoyed the ceviche which was so fresh and...More We had a variety of the maki sushi rolls which the server recommended and loved each one. The gyozas were to die for too. The service was very good (by European standards) and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed sitting in the dimly lit dining room upstairs as well as on the patio. We highly recommend this place.

I only tried the set menu del dia here a couple of times for lunch which is not at all bad, you get 3 small starters, (a salad, a miso soup and some sushi rolls) and a main course of your choice. It is very...light and you end up feeling content and not overly full. It is great to sit on the terrace overlooking the nicest plaza in Alicante. Indoors it is nice too, all very modern and cool A great place for a light lunch (or dinner) or to just have a drink. The sushi at their other place Ellas Sushi Art is to die for and the staff is very friendly in both places. The girls who run these places have done a great job!

Un lugar is a place where you feel at home and that is their intention. They have put their heart and sole in to making the experience just as important as the food. Nothing lacks here and you being a client couldn´t be any more...important. The food is amazing and so is the experience. I recommend visiting even for a tea although the fusion array is also worth staying for. Thank you for making our visit in Alicante unforgettable!
