Pinetell Tapas-gallery - Alicante

We were looking to eat some local food and found this gem. The dishes we had were crafted with a lot of care and passion, which you could taste. The sangria was the best we had in Alicante. The (I presume) owner is a wonderful man, passionate about his food. Definitely worth a visit when you're in Alicante.

Although this tapas bar is rather small it has a lot of heart. The owners are very friendly and provide great service (at least if you speak Spanish or make an effort to do so). A small plate of tapas is always provided when ordering a drink (Spanish omelette, which is delicious, meatballs, cheese, etc) or whatever is being prepared in the kitchen at the time. There is also a good selection of beers and wines and food to purchace in larger portions. An essential addition to an authentic ruta de tapas . P.S. the opening hours are incorrect. TripAdvisor has been informed but until it is ammended the hours are the following: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 15:30 and 19:00 24:00. Closed on Sundays.

This gorgeous little authentic bar 'Pintetell ' is a totally genuine Spanish bar owned by people who obviously love what they do. (It is next door to a horrendous sports bar full of people refusing to accept that they are in Spain). There are homemade tapas and beautiful wines served with pride and care. We loved it.

Recomendadisimo. Espectacular las croquetas de atún, se te va la olla con el sabor que tiene. Las alcachofas a priori puede que no te llame la atención, pero lo super recomiendo, la salsa el huevo... Van perfectas. Las cocineras increible cómo estan de atentos, el camarero te hace las mejores recomendaciones.... Volveré sin lugar a dudas y recomiendo quien venga a Alicante pase por aquí.

Un sitio estupendo,el encargado con un servicio y trato inmejorable,la comida estupenda y sobre todo la rapidez y el servicio,nos veremos de nuevo.
