Old Silo Smoker Bbq - Alhambra

I started looking for a pulled pork supplier for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding reception back in February. My first contact was Red Barn Farms in Highland, IL, which put me in touch with Old Silo Smoker BBQ. Megan Craig did an exceptional job coordinating everything—from sourcing a hog from Red Barn to having it processed and smoked, and even delivering it along with their fantastic homemade BBQ sauce. Our guests couldn't stop praising the food! When Kyle arrived with the delivery, he took the time to help us set up the meat in our roasters and showed us how to maintain the ideal temperature. Megan was incredibly patient with all my questions and very flexible with my schedule. I can't recommend them highly enough. Just a heads up, the entire process was managed through Messenger.

Megan and Craig are truly outstanding! The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, especially the pork dish. On our wedding day, Megan and her team went above and beyond to make sure our appetizers and desserts were served on time. They were extremely helpful to my sisters and mom, providing assistance with everything they needed. I highly recommend them to anyone planning an event or a barbecue wedding!
