Mcdonalds - Alfreton

Last Tuesday, my daughter and I visited McDonald's in Alfreton. Since I rely on lip-reading, she usually tells me what people are saying. The payment process was smooth; I could see the total displayed on the screen, and I paid with my card. When we picked up our order, the young lady behind the counter took off her mask so I could read her lips more easily, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience at this McDonald's, and I want to extend a big thank you and give 5 stars to the young lady who served us!

I enjoyed a small burger and fries along with a cold drink. The fries were hot and delicious, and the drink was refreshingly cold. When I wanted to dispose of my trash, the staff kindly took my tray and handled it for me. They were very friendly!

We found out that we had another order, but the food was good when the drinks were accurate. To be fair, the staff were wonderful and replaced everything without any issues. My partner was happy since she got an extra McFlurry and Coke.
