Subway - Alfred Station

I was going thru an emotional time that afternoon. An employee helped me get me a cup of ice water. She was kind and supportive. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

If I could give this Subway a 0 star rating I would. They said the driver came too late so they threw the sandwich out and refused to refund my money. The employee was very rude to me and then hung up on me. I am complaining to corporate about this. Service: 1

Today at 11:35 I delt with a snobby cashier in the store part,service is horrible, I prefer going elsewhere.

My sandwich was terrible! The bread was old the guy making it didn’t smile once didn’t ask me if I wanted the meal! Didn’t offer napkins, fork or a tray for me to eat it on! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
