Literally can't get anything right. And the woman at the window is rude as hell.

When I get coffee here I have a 50/50 chance of getting burnt coffee . I'm sick of going to this DD. when you spend $2,000 a year on coffee I expect it to be perfect not here and there.

I get an iced coffee everyday. I like a donut once in a while and they never have donuts. Today was day 5! Disappointing.

Two young brats working were absolutely rude and one of them insulted me. They told us it 's drive through only, the door was unlocked we saw no sign stating otherwise. They need better customer satisfaction skills. I was so offended ?

I don't know the lady's name but she was very helpful in trying to find us a motel room.
