I see many and very good reviews with 4 and 5 stars. I leave it in 3 and I go to explain the reasons. It is indisputable that it has a good kitchen, the dishes we have tasted, have been interesting an original croquettes, each with its salsa, correct texture and temperature a dry octopus prepared in an original way, because normally the dry octopus just requires more preparation than a touch of flame and olive oil. In this case it is different and original- truffled egg yolk, taking advantage of the truffle season a simple appearance dish, highlighting above all the truffle olleta de blat, is one of the specialties and we wanted to try, but it was not very of our liking for personal drip, we cannot think about the canelones dish with truffle. a very good dish, with marked flavors, but with softness. Instead, outside the kitchen, we find several details that didn't get us. a site where you are looking for a certain level of cuisine, nowadays you cannot afford to not have a website in conditions, with information per day and possibility of online bookings. the web has no information and the booking part does not work.I didn't get the rushes they gave us to choose the dishes by asking that the restaurant is full and has to take out the orders. That's an organizational problem, but don't rush, it's not a fast food place, and we got there at the time we had the reservation.I didn't think it was right the way people came in without reservation.
