I came in here for lunch today because I was cruising around this historic area on my day off. It had been a hot minute since I had actually been inside one of these locations, and I could see right away some of the drastic changes that they have made to the menu. A couple of my favorite items have disappeared. The meatball sub:gone! The chicken teriyaki sub- gone! They replaced the old fashioned meatball sub with something called The Boss. This sandwich comes with pepperoni, meatballs, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese. I selected a couple of more toppings to include black olives and jalapeno peppers. This new sandwich came in at around 650 calories. The six inch sub starts at $7.50 now and if you want to add Lays chips and a small fountain drink then it's an additional $3.50. The sub sandwich kind of tasted the same as it did previously, but honestly zi can remember when these 6' subs were around $3.50 around five years ago. I'm not clear if the additional pepperoni made the cost double in such a short period of time.
Store close 9:00pm. I was inside the store 8:47pm. I asked for 3 Italian herb foot long. Staff said she can only sell me only 2 white and 1 Italian herb and cheese bread. Because they have to keep each one of bread for tomorrow morning. I asked staff again you have 3 Italian and herb cheese bread which I can see. Again she repeated saying that she has to keep for tomorrow morning. So I ended up buy 2 white and 1 Italian herb. My kids were really upset and started crying in store. I’m spent 43.39. I don’t recommend going to store during closing time. As businessmen I can say It’s not staff problem. It’s the management problem. Staff only follow instructions from their boss. Breads are not made on daily basis. They keep the bread which are made day before.

I don’t want to be too harsh but this is not a good Subway. It’s a consistently poor experience. I would have rated 2 Stars but a bottle of Coca Cola is $3+ which is ridiculous.
