Subway - Alexandria

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was terrible; one of the staff members was coughing while preparing my food and wasn't wearing a mask. They also didn't know how to properly fold a wrap, which didn't meet my expectations. To top it off, the wrap was falling apart. I definitely won't be returning.

This appears to be a privately owned Subway location. The older woman at the counter had a very unpleasant attitude, which was surprising. It's hard to imagine anyone would hire her based on that demeanor. Perhaps if she took some time for herself, it would improve her outlook! On a positive note, the cashier was fantastic and made the experience much better.

Additionally, they didn't know how to properly fold a takeout package, and they didn't meet my needs as a customer. I will not be returning.

I give the subway a 5-star rating! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was very clean.

The people in there hustle shorthanded despite the work.
