Starbucks - Alexandria

I finished drinking my coffee and realized there was mold. I called the store just to make them aware and they told me that having mold in my cup was “impossible.” No apologies. They did not believe what I was telling them. I will not be returning. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Ordered a white mocha this morning, took a sip, there isn’t a single shot of espresso in it. It’s just hot milk and syrup. I’m honestly so peeved.

Google says the place is open and when I drove 15 mins, the employee says she has closed as there weren’t any customers since the past 1 hour. I drove 15 mins just to find this out. And this happened to me twice !

This is the third day in a row and fifth time overall I have attempted to grab literally anything from this location only for there to be no employee present for an extended period of time. Yesterday there were four people in line for about 10 minutes after i showed up before I gave up and left.

The customer service was great. As always the not tea is my favorite
