Starbucks - Alexandria

I had the best Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso of my life at this restaurant! The store is very clean and the baristas are very polite. I wish I had gotten my barista's name because he was fantastic!

I have visited this restaurant at midday both by ordering ahead and walking in, and I have never had any issues. The drinks always taste delicious and the staff are always kind. I can understand how negative reviews may be frustrating during the busy morning rush. Ordering ahead may be the best option to avoid waiting. Personally, I have had a better experience at this location compared to some of the other locations.

I drive out of my way to come here and get my coffee every morning!!! I love their customer service and the staff here are amazing! I am very big on my morning coffee experience!!! You guys are amazing. NAHED <3

The service is outstanding at this restaurant, especially the barista Ashley who is incredibly kind and efficient. Even during busy holidays like Thanksgiving, they go above and beyond to provide excellent care. The decorations and service have a personal touch, making you feel like more than just a customer - like a friend.

One of my regular steps but today was extra special, I always get great service but the barista went above and beyond. I had order mobile and was waiting so they inquired and then I realized that I accidentally sent it to another location. They, without hesitation, told me not to worry and made my drink. It was very generous and I called the other location to pay that drink forward so it didn't go to waste.
