Rusuz - Alexandria

The food was delicious, service was quick, staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the atmosphere! The temperature of the restaurant was rather warm and uncomfortable, but didn't ruin the evening. We definitely will be back! At the end of our meal, we were able to browse the attached market. It was adorable, fun, and we walked out with some interesting finds! We would recommend this place, especially if your not too familiar with this type of cuisine, it is an overall great experience!

The food here is amazing. The flavor profile of the food is so unique it is hard to place. It has a great savory, comforting taste of a home cooked meal, but then you get a faint taste of something like cinnamon or faintly sweet. It is very interesting and refreshing. My description does not do it justice, so you should just go try it! Aside from the excellent, flavourful food, service was welcoming and attentive. The interior is also very nice, feeling almost like a fine dining establishment. Best of all is the prices are very fair, especially for the NCR. I could go on, but I'll end this review so you can go try the food. You won't regret it!

This is the first Uzbekistan place I visit Being an Asian country, I found huge dumplings. Soup and empanada like pastries were delicious! Kabob was very tasty Very friendly staff You have to visit their store! Recommended

This was a great dining experience. We ordered the Chebureski for hot starters. It was crisp and tasty. It is like a fried apple pie except the inside ingredients taste similar to a taco. Our waiter, Mr. Anderson, was so helpful and friendly. He gave us great recommendations for the entrees. We tried the Manti and the Plov. Both we quite tasty! Of course, we had to try the desserts...sour cherry pie and sour cream and walnut cake.

If I could give 1 million stars I would ! Bek was a very great server. The food was absolutely amazing! Very Russian/Uzbek atmosphere. A must visit for everyone! They even took care of our parking ticket! They have so many interesting options, from infused vodkas to a authentic food market right in the restaurant. Will definitely visit every chance I get !
