Ojo’s Taqueria - Alexandria

This is the worst place to order from. The staff working there clearly lack knowledge and seemed confused as they were unable to handle orders efficiently. They appeared to struggle with the system and instead of taking orders, they were just talking to each other and responding with "NO, we don't have it."

Great spot to hang out with loved ones and friends.

I gave them a shot twice, and both time I was disappointed. I was surprised that the parking lot was always empty; now I know why. I came in the first time and they had a sign on the door saying they were closed, but in the internet they were showing open. I called and no one answered the phone. The second time I went in a different hour, and they were open. I went straight to the bar and there were only two people at the bar and the restaurant was empty. I asked the young lady at the bar about what kind of margaritas they had and she had no clue about what they offered. I said well.. what kind of alcoholic drinks do you have and she said my mother is no here and I don't know I'm calling her and she is not answering the phone and I was like what???? I said it's ok and I left. How come you are going to open a place without having someone at the bar that is not a bartender and the only that she knew is to serve beers what? For sure this place will close soon. They have only the mother and the daughter running the place... that's so ridiculous .. it's a shame because the place looks so nice, but if you have someone at the bar that doesn't have any idea about making alcoholic drinks it's a wasted of time. I wouldn't give them a third shot. Horrible experience!

We ordered a beer, a Long Island, and two shots of tequila. I had a feeling I should check the price before getting more shots. The Long Island cost $15, and EACH SHOT was $15. The total bill came to $51 for just 4 drinks! The atmosphere was not great either. The bouncer at the door is also the manager, and he is very creepy. I suggest caution to others and will post on Nextdoor too. This experience was a complete waste of money and time.

No customer service. They legit looked at us and walked away. Waited 5 min too long and left.
