Kfc - Alexandria

Stopped by at 730 on a Tues evening and the lobby was locked up. Couldn't go thru the drive thru due to the vehicle I was driving.

Was a little bit of a wait but got fresh chicken so I didn't mind!

Went in drive through and ordered the $32 dollar meal with a jug of drink. They didn 't give us spoons for the mashed potatoes and coleslaw. No cups or straws for the drink. No napkins for greasy chicken. We come back through the drive thru and ask for spoons, napkins, straws and cups. They say how many we say 4 and they tell us to pull forward. The employee shoved a bag out the window and let the windows slam shut. We received 4 plates, 4 cups, 4 spoons, no lids and no straws. We wait 3 minutes for them to come back to the window, while we made calls to the store and the line was busy (though most of us know the fast food places keep their phone off when they don 't want to deal with calls. Need something else? they say. Yeah, straws and lids for the cups, then they leave and come back with the items without further words. The food was good, customer service awful. If you choose to go, either walk in to be sure you can get everything quick or be prepared for attitude in the drive thru.

I was so disappointed with the cost of our meal and the meal that we received was very very deceiving. The kids ordered the chicken tender baskets and a chicken tenders were so hard and dried and the biscuits were hard they could use them for hockey pucks. I ordered it two piece dark chicken dinner the thigh and the leg were so small it was about the same size as the chicken tenders. And very crispy hard. My granddaughter went up to get butter for our biscuits and his guy standing there playing on his cell phone and she had asked twice for butter and she was totally ignored. Their customer service was very very bad let's give them an F on their service. The gentleman that took our order was very nice and did a good job. But won't go back. I've been to one of the KFC in the last month and their service was exceptional and the chicken was prepared fresh !! And it out of the state of Minnesota.
