The restaurant needs to improve on order accuracy. There were missing items, unwanted extra ingredients on the sandwich, and the service was rude. They also overlooked some details.
Three people ordered and all have their food before me!! I'll wait 10 minutes.
Always have great subs from this location. Service is fast and friendly and the store is always clean and well kept! Though it is not too close to my house, I will still make the drive out when I am craving a Firehouse Sub!
However, when I got home and unwrapped my turkey sub, it had mayo on it. I was really upset because I had been assured there was no mayo on the sandwich. It looks like I’ll have to remove Firehouse Subs from my list of options.
