Domino's Pizza - Alexandria

Unfortunately, I haven't had a good experience at this restaurant yet. During my last visit, the delivery driver took half of my pickup order, and the pizza was left sitting on the warmer while the employees were just hanging out in the office on their phones. At least the pizza was crispy.

I ordered two breads and a cookie brownie, and it took 40 minutes to arrive, which I didn’t mind. However, I was surprised to find that someone had taken a bite out of my brownie!

Ordered on the app, after an hour I checked it back and the tracker had not moved from prepare. Called them and ended up having to go pick it up because so many people had called it apparently. After arriving and my order was ready, they said I didn?t pay.So I pulled up my app and showed them I had in fact already paid, they made me pay again and said the other payment will beprocessed back in my bank!?! What?!? Hope that actually happens. Get it together guys!!

The restaurant can get quite busy, and there aren't enough staff members. However, the employees they do have are exceptional and manage the situation as best as they can. Great job, everyone! Your pizza is definitely worth the wait.

I just got done managing a pizza place in Fargo not too long ago, and I know that hiring is difficult. However, we still managed to average 40-45 minutes (which imo wasn't even that great of a time)...But my god. Nearly 2 and a half hours and still nothing.That's absolutely insane. They should probably just close temporarily, and figure out staffing for delivery, or only do carryouts. I called 10 minutes ago and it still hasn't even been made.
